You receive a clear, written quote — no hourly surprises, no hidden fees.
50% deposit to hold your date
Your date is reserved as soon as the deposit is in. The balance is due before event day.
Custom shopping list
We tell you exactly what to buy — bottles, beer, ice, mixers, and garnish — sized to your crowd, so nothing is wasted.
Venue certificate of insurance
If your venue requires it, we send a certificate of insurance naming the venue — within 24 hours of booking.
Confirmation call 72 hours before
We walk through the timeline, menu, and venue details so nothing is left to chance.
Event day
Your team arrives 60 to 90 minutes early, sets up the bar, serves responsibly, and breaks it all down at the end.
Follow-up
After the event we check in, settle any details, and make sure you were fully taken care of.

Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC provides bartending labor only. Clients purchase and supply all alcoholic beverages. We do not sell, furnish, or transport alcohol for sale.
